Nutrition and Fitness Coaching - The Process

Step One - Personal Health and Fitness Evaluation

Before starting any program, our coaches will schedule and conduct an evaluation of your current level of health and fitness, desired goals, and any perceived barriers to accomplishing your goals. This session usually lasts about 30 minutes and is conducted by phone or video call. The consultation is free and there is no obligation to commit to programming after the consultation is complete.

Step Two - Programming Recommendation

At the conclusion of your consultation, the coach will make recommendations and also discuss various nutrition and fitness programming options that can assist you in achieving your goals. We generally offer 3, 6, and 12 month program options as well as specialized programming for competitive fitness athletes. Other services are available as well.

Step Three - Start Date and Program Development

Should you commit to programming, you will work with your coach to determine an appropriate start date. We generally recommend that clients give themselves at least one week before starting a program to ensure necessary items and food can be purchased prior to program start. After the start date is established, your coach will begin developing your fitness and nutrition programming. (NOTE: Clients must pay a deposit, half of the program cost, OR the full program cost prior to program development. If a client chooses to pay a deposit, the second half will become due upon program delivery.)

Step Four - Program Delivery and Establishing a Weekly Check-in Day/Time

Typically, we deliver programming at least two days prior to your program start date. Programs are sent to your preferred email address. Program updates will also be sent to the same email address. Inside your program, you will find your complete nutrition and fitness programming, nutritional supplement guidance, and weekly check-in instructions. Your coach will also establish a weekly check-in day/time with you at this time.

Step Five - Program Start and Expectations

You will officially start your programming on the established start date. Nutrition will be the primary focus as 90 percent of your results will come from proper nutrition. Please plan to strictly adhere to the nutrition requirements. As far as fitness programming goes, you will be provided a complete workout program designed to fit your schedule and help you achieve your goals. You may choose to modify exercises or complete other exercises. The important thing here is that you expend appropriate energy during the day. All programming is fluid in nature and may change week over week after check-ins. All clients are expected to submit photos and specific tape and caliper measurements. Full instructions and items needed are included in the program packet you will receive. Your coach will track and trend photos and data each week to ensure you stay on track and continually progress towards your goals.
